Survey software, built in India
Surveys people
actually finish.
Designed around the person answering: their phone, their language, and whether they are connected or not.
How likely are you to recommend Mumbai T2 to someone flying next month?
Lose the network. Keep the answers.
Every answer is written to the device before it goes anywhere else. When the connection drops the queue holds; when it returns, everything syncs in order. Respondents never wait on a spinner and never retype an answer they have already given.
For teams collecting in transit hubs, hospitals, factories and rural districts, this is the difference between a completed day of fieldwork and one that has to be run again. Response rates hold steady in places where mobile coverage does not.
- Installs to the home screen like an app
- Collects and replays with no connection at all
- Checks answers before they are added to the queue
- Nothing leaves the device unencrypted
What it does
Where a form builder gives up
They answer in their own script
Translate question by question rather than survey by survey. A respondent in Kochi reads Malayalam and one in Kolkata reads Bangla, and right-to-left layouts hold their shape when the language changes.
Reach people however they turn up
Short links for SMS and WhatsApp. Printable QR codes for a wall, a receipt or a boarding pass. A locked kiosk mode for shared tablets that clears itself between respondents.
The numbers are ready before you are
Cross-tabs, NPS, CSAT, per-question drop-off, and comparisons with earlier waves. Export to CSV, Excel, or SPSS when you need the raw data.
Your data does not leave India
Built against the DPDP Act 2023(opens meity.gov.in in a new tab). Consent is recorded at the point it is given. Isolation between organisations is enforced in the database, not only in application code. Hosting is in Mumbai.
The question types most tools leave out
Pricing research and feature prioritisation usually mean exporting to a statistics package and waiting for a specialist. MaxDiff, Kano, Van Westendorp and Gabor-Granger score themselves here, as responses arrive.

How it works
- 01
Build it
Drag questions into order, branch on any answer, and pipe an earlier answer into a later question. The flowchart view shows every path through the survey before anyone takes one.
- 02
Get it in front of people
Publish to a link, a QR code, a kiosk, or your own domain. Field teams collect all day without a connection.
- 03
Read what came back
Responses arrive in the dashboard as they land. Filter, cross-tabulate, compare against earlier waves, and export for whoever asked for the numbers.
About
The company behind it
Afterthought Feedback Services Pvt. Ltd. is a data research and analysis company. We run research programmes for organisations that need to know what the people they serve actually think, and most of that work happens in person: terminals, shop floors, waiting rooms.
ATFS is the platform we built for that work and now license to others: research teams running their own studies, brands surveying their customers, and partners who embed it under their own brand and domain.
